Deliveries depart from our main warehouse no later than 3 p.m. every working day.
The Client agrees to accept items even in the case of delivery within 15 working days from the date of order. These timings apply to products present in the warehouse at the moment of ordering. In the case of loss of prepaid items by the courier, a search procedure must be started directly with the courier company. In any case, Allegrini S.p.A. cannot in any way be held responsible for the loss. At the moment of delivery of the items by the courier, the Client must check that the packaging is complete, undamaged, dry and in any case unaltered, including the security and closure seals. The existence of any damages or non-correspondence in the number of packages must be immediately indicated to the courier in the form of comments on the delivery note.
In the event that the Client finds anomalies in the package, they must accept it, writing on the document supplied by the delivery agent: “ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION – PACKAGE DAMAGED” or “ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION + description of the anomaly found”, or “ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION”, with a detailed explanation of the reason for the reserve. In the event that the package shows visible damage, or any other kind of anomaly, and the courier refuses to take note of the specific reserve, refuse the package and immediately inform Allegrini S.p.A. of the situation.
Once the courier document is signed, the Client cannot make any complaint regarding the characteristics of the items delivered. In the event that the items received are non-compliant with that ordered (product, format or quantity) the Client must duly inform Allegrini S.p.A. by sending a photograph of the incorrect product together with the production lot number to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org, or by filling in the special Returns Form.
